We manufacture our race bibs exclusively with authentic DuPont™ Tyvek® material. It is 100% waterproof, tearproof, and resistant to sweat, rain, mud, and extreme weather conditions. Unlike cheaper synthetic paper, Tyvek will not tear at the safety pin holes even during high-intensity endurance events.

Yes. We have a digital machines to print everything you need for your sport event.

Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days from the moment your digital artwork proof is approved. We provide expedited, fully tracked express shipping directly to your race warehouse, event venue, or expo center. 

We work with events of all scales. Our minimum order quantity is just 100 bibs for local community 5Ks, charity runs, and club races. For major marathons and multisport expos, our production facility regularly prints batches exceeding 25,000 bibs with tiered bulk volume pricing.

You can provide your own print-ready artwork (PDF, AI, or EPS), or collaborate directly with our in-house design team. Before anything goes to print, we provide a detailed digital proof showing exact sponsor logo placements, hole perforations, and variable data fields for your written approval.

Every order is pre-sorted in strict numerical sequence, grouped by corrals or categories, and securely bundled to make volunteer packet pickup effortless on race morning. We also offer pre-assembled packet options complete with safety pins, baggage tags, and wristbands.
